At Ceres Labs, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and convenient as possible. We ship to all regions of Taiwan, including major cities and outlying islands, ensuring that our customers can enjoy our products no matter where they are located.

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within two to three business days. Standard shipping generally takes between seven and fourteen business days, depending on customs clearance times. For those who need their order faster, express shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

We offer free shipping for all orders over 500 NTD. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location. This way, you know exactly what you will pay before completing your purchase.

Please note that orders shipped from Europe to Taiwan may be subject to customs duties or VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and can vary depending on the type and value of the goods. We recommend checking local regulations to avoid unexpected costs.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real time. If you have any concerns or require assistance, our customer service team is happy to help.

We accept returns within fourteen days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and supplements cannot be returned once opened. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. Refunds are processed within seven to ten business days after we have received and inspected the returned items.
