At Ceres Labs, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to make things as easy as possible.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as cosmetics and supplements cannot be returned once opened. This ensures the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. We will provide you with clear instructions on how to send your product back. Unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please get in touch with us immediately. We kindly ask you to send us photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
